The displays of the future will be made with micro LED chips. World-leading consumer electronics, automotive and display companies have already shown exciting prototypes with a performance values and energy efficiency levels far better than conventional LCD or OLED based displays.

But one challenge remains: micro LED displays consist of millions of tiny red, green and blue micro LED chips which need to be mass-produced and assembled at low cost, with highest precision and perfectly controlled yield.

It is the mission of ALLOS Semiconductors to reduce cost and increase yield throughout the entire manufacturing chain from epiwafer making to mass transfer, inspection and repair of micro LED chips on displays.
